Yes, every item we list has been verified and authenticated by two independent authenticators. For all watches, we use an independent authenticator. In fact, we’re so sure of our authentication process that we offer a 100% refund guarantee if the item is proven to be inauthentic.

We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Eftpos, Union Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Afterpay.

If any original dust bags, receipts, or other accessories are included, this will be mentioned in the description of the item on the listing page. If no original dust bag is included, we will provide a Lost Designer dust bag for your item.

Please note that all items listed are original, irrespective of whether they come with the original dust bag or not.

Apart from jewellery and watches, we offer free returns on all items sold, provided the return is made within 7 days of receiving the order. Free returns are only valid for Australian orders and do not apply to any international orders. To return an item please contact us at: enquiries@lostdesigner.com.au

After receiving the returned item, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days.

Shipping within Australia and New Zealand are free. Items within Australia are shipped via Express Australia post.

We do offer international International. Orders have a flat 49 AUD shipping fee.

All items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Pricing is dependent on a variety of factors including market prices, demand for the item, and the condition and age of the item.

Our fees are:
• For items that are listed for $40 or less, a flat rate fee of $120 will be charged
• For items up to $2000, you will receive 75%
• For items from $2000-$5000, you will receive 80%
• For items over $5000, you will receive 85%

We usually hold payment for 1 week after the buyer receives your luxury item, only to cover the fixed 7 day return period we offer. This 7 day return period does not apply to watches or jewellery. Once the days are over, payment will be made directly to your nominated bank account.

We have a standard 12 week consignment period. If the item does not sell in the 12 weeks, you can either choose to reduce the asking price, or we can ship it back to you at no additional cost.
